ABOUT

Training in mindfulness and compassionate understanding are powerful tools for navigating and responding to the current political and social climate. I'm especially interested in supporting clients who have been unjustly marginalized because of race, gender identity, neurodiversity, and/or sexual orientation.

I provide Mindfulness-based psychotherapy and training in mindfulness techniques for individuals seeking more fulfillment in their lives and relationships. My approach is warm, relational, transparent, and supportive. I strive to create a safe space where you can speak openly and honestly as we work together to build the practical skills needed to increase your capacity for insight, connection, presence and well-being.

My work is informed by my personal meditation practice, training in MBSR, as well as by my background in music and visual art. I work with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, life-transitions, healing from trauma, identity exploration, and family and relationship issues.

NOTE: Email is the best way to reach me to set up an appointment or initial phone consultation.
